New Material For ’07

Hey Everybody,

It’s been a while, so I wanted to let you know what’s been going on with Better Than The Machine and what’s coming up in ’07. For starters: weekly videos. Starting mid-February we will be releasing a brand new video every Monday on betterthanthemachine.net. So keep your eyes on that.

Our live show is shaping up to be really great and I’m excited for audiences to see it. With the help of our amazing director Will Nunziata, we’re using a lot of Second City-inspired techniques to create our sketches. We’ve learned a lot and our material has improved as a result. This live show will be predominantly live material, with about fifty minutes live sketches and eight minutes of video. You can expect to see our live show sometime around March.

And in some very exciting news, Reid and I (Paul) are currently in negotiation with a studio and should start work on our pilot soon. Can’t say too much about it now, but the pilot is for a major network. More on that news as it develops. That’s all for now, you’ll be seeing us around soon, until then, keep on truckin’ Machiners.

Your Friend,
Paul Syracuse
